Located on 1 acre of land, 10 minutes north of Sauble Beach in the village of Oliphant. Oliphant is a naturalists paradise, where rare orchids and ferns abound. Birdwatchers will be delighted with the many varieties of birds.

Cottage is located on a quiet cul de sac, only 750 metres from the sandy shores of Lake Huron, an easy stroll to the water. The long stretch of sand beach has a gradual entry which provides a safe environment for children and pets.

The 3 bedroom fully furnished cottage/ home, has a large kitchen complete with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, water cooler and all the dishes that will be required by a family of 6.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front patio. or the evening sitting under the covered front porch. The entire cottage has been recently redecorated. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, one a double and the third a single captains bed.

Cottage has a colour TV with a satellite dish, movie channels provided. Phone and internet high speed available.

Childrens sand playground/castle in the back yard, as well as a fire pit for marshmallow roasting. Patio furniture, picnic table and gas bbq are provided.

This cottage is available Spring, Summer & Fall only.

Property has a bush lot adjacent, perfect for kids who like to explore and discover nature. All linens and towels may be provided for an addition $25 charge per week. We allow pets to share our space. Check-in time is 3 P.M, and Check-out is 11 A.M.
