The living room/dining area, kitchen, bedroom/den, bath, and laundry room are on the main floor. Two spacious bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs.

High season (mid-June to mid September) weekly rentals only, $ 1695 /week.
Shoulder seasons (mid- March to mid-June, mid-September to January 1) $ 950 /week,
additional nights $150; 2-night weekend $450,
3-day holiday weekends $700 , holiday weeks $1050.

A $500 security deposit is required.
The week is Saturday from 3:30 to Saturday at 10:30.
A rental application and agreement must be filled out.
