High season (mid-June to mid-September) weekly rentals only, $1400/week.
Shoulder seasons (mid-April to mid-June, mid-September to mid-October) $ 800 /week, additional nights $130; 2-night weekends $375 ; 3-day holiday weekends $600, holiday weeks $950.

A $500 security deposit is required.
The week is Saturday from 3:30 to Saturday at 10:30.
A rental application must be filled out.
